Eau de Juice Love, Unfiltered is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2019. Love, Unfiltered opens with Red Berries and Mandarin, settles into a heart of Jasmine and Freesia, and dries down to a base of Amber and Cashmeran. Eau de Juice's Love, Unfiltered carries a Favourite verdict, a fruity-led wear.

The prettiest and most conventional of the Eau de Juice line. Red berries and mandarin lead into freesia and star jasmine, then blonde woods and amber give it a soft, warm close. Easy to like, hard to remember.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Spring Summer
Also Works:
Fall

Red berries, mandarin and freesia are spring materials, and the blonde woods base is too light to give it much cold-weather presence. It is at its best in mild weather.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Office Date Casual

Light, pretty and well behaved, which makes it an easy office and everyday wear as well as a soft date scent. It has neither the depth nor the presence for a formal evening.

About

Love, Unfiltered is Clement Gavarry's second entry in the Eau de Juice collection and the one that plays things straightest. It opens on red berries and mandarin, tart and juicy for a few minutes without any of the fizz that Extra Concentrated goes for, and the fruit fades faster than you expect. What follows is the best part of the composition: wild freesia, peppery and green at the edges, laid over star jasmine petals that are handled lightly rather than as a full indolic white floral. The pairing is fresh and slightly dewy, and it holds for a couple of hours before the base takes over. That base is deliberately simple, blonde woods and amber, which gives a warm, faintly creamy finish that sits close to the skin without much sweetness. The overall shape is a fruity floral of the sort that has always sold well, executed cleanly and without surprises. Performance is moderate, roughly a working day with light projection after the opening hour. Spring and summer are its best seasons, and it works for everyday wear, an office, or a low-key date. The lane is affordable licensed fruity floral, and at current discounted UK pricing it is a sensible everyday bottle rather than a signature scent.
