Amber is one of the more stripped-back compositions in the Jenny Glow range, built on just three notes rather than a full multi-phase pyramid. It opens with petitgrain, the green, slightly bitter citrus-leaf note that gives a crisp, aromatic freshness rather than the sweetness typically associated with orange or bergamot. French lavender takes over as the heart, adding a classic aromatic-herbal quality that pairs naturally with the petitgrain's green facets - together they create a clean, barbershop-adjacent freshness. The base note is simply amber, providing warmth and a soft, resinous sweetness that grounds the composition without overwhelming the lighter top and heart notes.
