The honest caveat: at fifty millilitres for under thirty pounds, the Chanel's polished sandalwood depth and the smooth woody-amber sillage that made Bleu de Chanel a modern designer staple are softened here, and the dupe reads shorter-lasting and less polished than the Chanel bottle.
