When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Spring Summer

Lychee, rose and lily are spring florals with no warm base underneath them, so there is nothing here to carry the scent through cold weather.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Office Date Casual
Also Works:
Sport

A light fruity floral with almost no projection is safe in shared spaces, and the rose gives it enough prettiness to work on a daytime date.

About

Tokyo Babe is the floral one of the two mists Missguided launched in 2026, and it is noticeably less sugary than most of the Babe range. The brand name three key notes: lily, lychee and rose. Lychee leads, and it is the material doing the work, giving that sweet, slightly musky and unmistakably pink fruitiness that has anchored a lot of modern rose fragrances. Rose follows, soft and dewy rather than jammy or spicy, and lily fills out the middle with a clean, faintly green white-floral quality that stops the whole thing collapsing into fruit. There is no gourmand base propping it up, which is why it reads lighter and more polished than Babe Power or Babe Heat. As a 220ml body mist it wears close and fades within an hour or two, so it is a spray-often product rather than a fragrance in the full sense. It is genuinely office-safe, works well in spring, and is a reasonable first floral for anyone who finds proper rose perfumes too formal. The bottle is deep purple with a matching pump cap, and there is no shimmer in this one, unlike its Sunset Babe sibling.
