O Boticário Quasar Drop XX is a Cologne launched in 2019, created by Marion Costero, Hernan Fígoli, and Leandro Petit. Quasar Drop XX opens with Bergamot, Cardamom, Apple, and Mint, settles into a heart of Floral Notes, Lavender, Geranium, and Nutmeg, and dries down to a base of Musk, Amber, Cedar, and Cashmeran. O Boticário's Quasar Drop XX carries a Favourite verdict, a green-led wear.

A divisive freshie that's either a quirky, fruity delight or a bit of a misstep, depending on your nose. Definitely one to try before you buy.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

Best For:
Spring Summer

A warm-weather pick - at its best in summer and spring.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Casual Sport
Also Works:
Office Date

Its fresh, energetic profile and moderate sillage make it a solid choice for casual wear and daytime activities, especially in warmer weather. While long-lasting, it's not overpowering, so it can work in an office setting if applied sparingly.

About

Opens with a bright, almost juicy hit of bergamot and apple, lifted by an aldehydic fizz and a cool whisper of mint and cardamom. The heart introduces a soft blend of florals, with a touch of aromatic lavender and the green, slightly peppery kick of galbanum and nutmeg. It settles into a comforting base of clean musk, warm amber, and smooth cedar, rounded out by a hint of cashmeran.
