Oakcha Tectonic Flora is an Extrait de Parfum. Tectonic Flora opens with Almond Blossom and Bergamot, settles into a heart of Vanilla, and dries down to a base of Musk and Labdanum. Oakcha's Tectonic Flora carries a Favourite verdict, a sweet-led wear.

A smooth, creamy vanilla with almond blossom on top and a labdanum and musk base. Oakcha's take on Chloe Atelier des Fleurs Vanilla Planifolia, refined enough for work and soft enough for evenings.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

About

Tectonic Flora puts vanilla in a flattering light. The first minutes are luminous: bergamot gives a quick citrus lift and almond blossom adds a powdery, milky sweetness that reminds you of marzipan without the sugar rush. Then the vanilla comes forward. The page lists a vanilla orchid and a vanilla bloom, and together they give a creamy, slightly floral note that feels like warm bean and petal rather than a candy shop. Labdanum and musk make the dry-down. Labdanum brings a dark, resinous amber that stops the vanilla from becoming too light, and the musk smooths everything into a velvety skin finish. At 30 percent extrait strength the vanilla stays rich for hours and keeps its shape, yet the trail never feels heavy. Wear it in autumn and winter, for dinners, meetings and cosy evenings. A couple of sprays on the neck and wrists is all it needs. Bottom line: an elegant, creamy vanilla with a soft floral glow and a polished, resinous finish.
