Oriflame Cherries is an Eau de Toilette launched in 2009, created by Fabienne Coupaye. Cherries opens with Cherry, Raspberry, Blackcurrant, and Strawberry, settles into a heart of Jasmine, Magnolia, and Freesia, and dries down to a base of Musk, Amber, and Praline. Oriflame's Cherries carries a Statement verdict, a fruity-led wear.

This one's all about the bottle - a total childhood throwback for many. The scent itself is a light, playful cherry that's pretty much universally loved for its fun factor, though some find it a bit cheap. A real shame it's discontinued.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Summer
Also Works:
Spring

A warm-weather pick - at its best in summer and spring.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Casual
Also Works:
Date

Its very weak longevity and intimate sillage make it suitable for casual wear or close-quarters dates, but it wouldn't project enough for formal events or last through a day at the office. Its light, fruity nature also lends itself well to daytime and summer, as noted by reviewers.

Declarable allergens

We derive these from the materials behind this fragrance's notes, not from the bottle. Each one is likely, not confirmed. The list is partial - the box can name others.

About

A burst of bright, juicy red fruits hits first - think sweet cherry, ripe strawberry, and tangy raspberry with a hint of blackcurrant. As it settles, a soft, clean floral heart emerges with jasmine, magnolia, and freesia, adding a touch of airiness. The dry down is a gentle whisper of musky sweetness, warmed by amber and a touch of praline for a delicate, playful finish.
