Boujee Bliss is Perfume Parlour's affordable interpretation of Kayali Yum Boujee Marshmallow 81, the viral 2024 floral-fruity gourmand. It opens bright and juicy - freesia, Italian lemon, nectarine blossom and apple - before melting into the heart that defines it: pillowy marshmallow and ripe strawberry, rounded with coconut and a touch of orange blossom. The drydown is pure dessert: whipped cream, sugar and vanilla over soft musk, raspberry and ambroxan, the 'open bag of pink sugar-coated marshmallows' effect that made the original a sensation. As a budget dupe it reads a little flatter and more synthetic than the Kayali, with the fruity top simpler and the creamy nuance less rounded - but the candied-marshmallow signature is convincingly there, and the EDP base frequently gives better staying power than the short-lived original.
