Perfumes Zag Zodiak 076 Jasmin Noir is an Eau de Parfum. 076 Jasmin Noir opens with Green and Gardenia, settles into a heart of Jasmine and Almond, and dries down to a base of Woody, Musk, Amber, and Patchouli. Perfumes Zag Zodiak's 076 Jasmin Noir carries an Acquired verdict, a floral-led wear.

Reproduces Jasmin Noir's addictive white-jasmine-and-licorice pairing convincingly, if with a slightly less luminous, more one-note dry woodiness than the original.

About

076 JN takes on Bvlgari Jasmin Noir's signature contrast of pure white jasmine against a dry, addictive woody base, opening with gardenia and green notes before a rich jasmine sambac heart and a tonka-licorice-precious woods base. The original built its reputation on that exact juxtaposition, luminous and mysterious, opulent yet restrained by a very dry woodiness, and this dupe leans into the jasmine-licorice-tonka combination well enough to recognise the reference immediately. Where it softens is in that dry woodiness Jasmin Noir is known for: the real fragrance has an almost bitter, liquorice-dry edge to its wood accord that keeps the sweetness in check, while this version's base reads a touch sweeter and more rounded, losing some of that addictive tension between opulence and restraint. Still a strong, recognisable take on a modern niche-adjacent classic for a fraction of the cost.
