Hawas Private Luceo

Hawas Private Luceo is a 100 ml Extrait de Parfum from Rasasi, launched in 2026 as the first of the three Hawas Private fragrances alongside Terra and Dulce. It is the first time the house has named a perfumer for each scent in a collection, and Luceo is credited to Christian Provenzano. Rasasi frames the trio as the most distilled, most private expression of Hawas, built on the idea of the eternal return of desire, and Luceo is the luminous chapter. The bottle is a teal snakeskin-print slab with the Hawas script, the words Private and Luceo, and a braided silver cap. It opens with lemon and bergamot, with ginger coming through in third place, bright and zesty. The heart is magnolia, nutmeg and cardamom, softly floral and warmly spiced. After an hour or two it dries to vetiver, patchouli, cedar and amber, a woody, earthy and amber finish that is easy to like. Performance is strong, with long staying power and clear projection. It has a family resemblance to Provenzano's own niche ginger and magnolia scent Vibrato, and it reads as a modern reworking that stands on its own. It is spicy, dry and clean, and best for spring and summer days, the office and daytime events.
