Rebel's Candy takes on Ariana Grande's Sweet Like Candy, a gourmand fan-favourite built on pear, guava and jasmine over a caramel-vanilla-praline base that reads genuinely edible without tipping into synthetic territory. Rebel's Candy leans into the same candy-shop concept from the first spray, with a raspberry-and-sugared-citrus opening that's brighter and more one-note than the original's fruit blend. The cherry blossom and cotton-candy heart is instantly recognisable as a nod to the source but comes across louder and less refined, missing the jasmine-orange blossom nuance that gives Sweet Like Candy its floral backbone. The vanilla-and-soft-woods base is comforting but thinner, settling into a simple sweet skin scent within a couple of hours rather than the original's slow, creamy drydown. A fun, playful sweet scent for a low price, but it trades the original's polish for volume.
