Riggs London Cullinan is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2025. Cullinan opens with Lemon, Pink Pepper, and Apple, settles into a heart of Violet, Lavender, and Cinnamon, and dries down to a base of Sandalwood, Tonka Bean, and Caramel. Riggs London's Cullinan carries a Favourite verdict, an aromatic-led wear.

A sweetened modern fougere: lavender and cinnamon over tonka, caramel and sandalwood. Cullinan is the most immediately likeable thing Riggs makes, and the most obviously indebted to the mainstream best-sellers.

Moderate projection and a familiar fougere shape make it the most office-tolerant of the nine, while the caramel and tonka give it enough warmth for evenings and dates.

About

Cullinan is the crowd-pleaser of the Prestige Collection and makes no secret of it. Apple and lemon open it up with a clean, slightly synthetic brightness, pink pepper adding fizz behind them. It is a familiar shape, and anyone who has spent time in a British department store will recognise the lane immediately. The heart pivots to lavender, which is the note that earns the fougere half of the stated oriental fougere family. Cinnamon warms it and violet softens the herbal edge, keeping the lavender from going barbershop-dry. Where the fragrance separates itself is the base. Tonka bean and caramel bring real sweetness, and sandalwood underneath gives it a creamy, rounded finish rather than the flat sugar many fragrances at this price settle for. The overall effect is polished and easy, with none of the sharp edges of the leather-driven entries elsewhere in the range. Longevity is good, around six to eight hours on skin, and projection is moderate after a strong opening half hour. It works across most of the year, though the caramel and tonka make it happier in cooler months. Of the nine, this is the one to pick for daily rotation: office-safe at a light application, comfortably date-appropriate at two more sprays, and the least likely to divide opinion in a room. Uncomplicated, well made, and priced honestly.
