Ted Lapidus Sexy Muse is an Eau de Toilette launched in 2020. Sexy Muse opens with Sour Cherry, settles into a heart of Marshmallow, and dries down to a base of Sandalwood. Ted Lapidus's Sexy Muse carries a Favourite verdict, a sweet-led wear.

Skip this one if you're after anything long-lasting or truly distinctive. It's a pleasant-enough sweet, fruity whisper for those who want something light on the wallet and the nose, but its staying power is seriously lacking.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Spring Summer

A warm-weather pick - at its best in spring and summer.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Casual
Also Works:
Office Sport

Its poor longevity and weak projection make it a safe, inoffensive choice for casual wear and the office, where it won't overpower. However, it lacks the presence for formal events or a lasting impression on a date.

About

Sexy Muse opens with a bright, juicy burst of sour cherry that quickly softens into a powdery, sweet heart. As the fruitiness mellows, a creamy marshmallow accord emerges, grounded by the warmth of sandalwood, creating a simple, comforting sweetness. Expect a gentle drydown that remains close to the skin.
