About

Dark Cherry Duchess opens in the middle of the dessert. Black cherry and cacao pod arrive together, glossy and bitter-sweet, with clove and saffron adding a spiced warmth. Bitter orange and jasmine lift the top so it does not collapse into pure sweetness. In the heart, almond turns the cherry soft and nutty and iris brings a cool, powdery edge that gives the sweetness some poise. Brown sugar sits in the base, dark, deep and comforting, and the scent stays with you long after the cherry has gone. Longevity and projection are both strong, so this is not a quiet perfume.
