Vasuki Amara Nirvana is an Eau de Parfum. Nirvana opens with Red Fruits, Ginger, and Blackcurrant, settles into a heart of Tiare Flower, Jasmin Sambac, and Orange Blossom, and dries down to a base of Amber, Sandalwood, and Vanilla. Vasuki Amara's Nirvana carries a Statement verdict, a fruity-led wear.

A jasmine sambac and Indian sandalwood eau de parfum, fresh and slightly sweet at first, then creamy and warm with vanilla and amber. Long lasting with huge projection; early wearers love it, but only a handful have voted.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Spring Summer Autumn
Also Works:
Winter

Spring and summer lead on a fresh, slightly sweet jasmine opening, with autumn behind and winter the weakest. The brand tags it for spring, summer and autumn, and the creamy vanilla and amber base lets it stretch into cooler days.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Casual
Also Works:
Office Date Formal

Everyday wear leads: the brand calls it perfect for everyday wear and every day vote agrees. It is elegant enough for work and dinner, and strong enough that one spritz fills a room, so it is not a sport scent.

About

Nirvana is the first eau de parfum from Vasuki Amara, a London house drawing on India's perfumery heritage. The brand builds it on two ingredients: jasmine sambac, upcycled from Indian gardens where the bloom is gathered by hand before dawn, and sandalwood, which it calls India's liquid gold. It opens fresh and slightly sweet with blackcurrant, ginger and red berries, and a wearer finds the jasmine coming through clearly from the start. The heart is jasmine sambac with orange blossom and tiaré, and the base is sandalwood, vanilla and warm amber. After a while it softens into a creamy warm scent that gets smoother as the hours pass. The first wearers to comment report long wear, four to eight hours or more, and projection so large that one spritz is enough. It is rated for spring and summer first, with autumn behind, and the brand calls it a unisex scent for everyday wear. It is elegant enough for work and evenings. The brand sells the 50 ml at 108 pounds and the 100 ml at 250 pounds, and each order includes a sample, a tote bag and sandalwood incense cones. It suits anyone who wants a rich, creamy jasmine and sandalwood scent with a story, though so few have reviewed it that the picture is still forming.
