About Vasuki Amara

Vasuki Amara is a UK fragrance house run by Yuvraj Rajput, the sole director of Vasuki Amara Ltd, which was incorporated in December 2024 with its registered office in Solihull. The house presents itself as a modern interpretation of India's perfumery heritage. Its story begins in 1526, which it marks as the start of the Mughal era, when indigenous distilling techniques met Persian influence and Indian perfumers made attars and aromatic oils from sandalwood, rose and jasmine. The logo is a trident with a serpent forming an infinity symbol: Amara is Sanskrit for eternal.

Nirvana is the one perfume on sale: a unisex everyday scent built on jasmine sambac and sandalwood with red berries, amber and vanilla, first released as an Inaugural Edition of 500 bottles. Two more are named on the shop and marked coming soon. Vita is the feminine rose-led scent, inspired by the Taj Mahal and by Empress Nur Jahan, who is credited with perfecting rose distillation. Astra is described as a men's night-time scent inspired by ancient Indian warriors and kings, with spices, sandalwood and tonka listed in its notes.

The style is warm and sweet, with florals, spices and woods, and each perfume is tied to a story from Indian history or ritual. The house says it works with experienced perfumers, sources its ingredients responsibly and treats each scent as a story that captures a moment or memory.

Vasuki Amara is a young, independent house that aims at a luxury presentation. It sells through its own website, sends a tester vial with every order, and suits wearers who want Indian-heritage storytelling in a modern, warm and sweet perfume.
