About
Tomas Hempel is a Swedish perfumer based in Stockholm and a co-founder of Stora Skuggan, which was established in 2015. In an interview with Perfumer & Flavorist+, he described himself as self-taught, while noting the influence of mentors. Stora Skuggan’s founders aimed to keep formulation, packaging, and branding in-house.
