A named accord, not a raw material. Several houses use the name for a fresh, airy, ozonic accord. Clinique opens My Happy Blue Sky Neroli (2018) with it and calls it the smell of a street, and of nature, after rain. Guerlain uses the name for the ozonic accord in the new L'Heure Bleue Eau de Parfum. It is an ozonic, wet-air construction rather than a marine or citrus-fresh one.

Blue Sky Accord smells like a street after rain: wet air and damp stone rather than open sea or citrus freshness. A wet, aquatic ozonic note sits at the centre, with a mineral edge of wet pavement and grit underneath. A sheer, clean musk gives it a laundered, light-hearted air, lifted by a bright aldehydic top.

Parfumo lists 17 perfumes with it on 2026-10-10, from Yardley (1968) to 2026. They include Clinique My Happy Blue Sky Neroli, Bath and Body Works Orchard Leaves and Blue Sky (2016) and Moschino Forever Sailing (2013). Clinique uses it as the opener. Guerlain uses it as the main accord, for a cool, airy freshness. It sets a fresh, open frame for citrus, floral and iris notes.
