About
A gourmand accord of pear fruit over a dairy ice-cream base. It is a composite, not a single material. No fine-fragrance supplier sells a material under this name.
Scent Profile
Fruity leads, and it is pear flesh rather than pear candy: ripe, juicy, soft. Lactonic runs level with it and carries the dessert half - churned cream, a milky accord and the buttery top that the Ice Cream Parlor oil names first. Sweet_vanillic sits just under both, vanilla bean plus soft sugar, and it is what the accord dries down to. Green is the fourth and it is the pear skin, crisp and slightly leafy, present only in the opening. Below there is a watery aquatic_ozonic lift, a light powdery sugar dust, a faint floral trace from the pear blossom the DOOP formula lists, and small nutty and sour values that no source names and that are held low for that reason.

Origin
Built, not extracted. The two trade formulations found are candle and soap fragrance oils. DOOP Fragrance Co.'s Pear Gelato puts crisp green pear, ripe pear flesh and pear blossom in the top, then churned cream, a sweet cream accord and vanilla bean in the middle, then creamy vanilla, a milky accord and soft sugar in the base. Aztec Candle & Soap's Ice Cream Parlor oil, which has no fruit in it at all, gives the dessert half on its own: buttery top, sweet cream middle, vanilla base.
