Petunia is a soft, quiet floral with a green, slightly herbal freshness. A faint clove-like warmth and a powdery softness sit inside it. Some readings make it fuller and lily-like, with a creamy sweetness, a hint of almond and a faint animal edge.

Origin
The flowers give no usable essential oil, so the note is a fantasy accord. Première Peau says perfumers build it from green notes, traces of eugenol and methyl salicylate, and transparent musks.
