Alexandria UK Le Meteore is an Eau de Parfum. Le Meteore opens with Bergamot, Orange, and Mandarin, settles into a heart of Neroli, Pink Pepper, Cardamom, and Nutmeg, and dries down to a base of Vetiver. Alexandria UK's Le Meteore carries an Acquired verdict, a citrus-led wear.

Le Meteore takes its structure from Louis Vuitton's Météore - citrus and pepper over a Java vetiver base - but drops much of the creamy, iron-fresh dry-down that reviewers single out as the original's best trait.

About

Louis Vuitton's Météore builds its reputation on a spicy citrus opening that gradually turns creamy and metallic as Java vetiver takes hold, and Le Meteore follows the same route. A trio of mandarin, Sicilian orange and Calabrian bergamot gives an immediate, zesty lift, before Tunisian neroli, nutmeg, pink pepper and cardamom add a warm, spiced edge through the heart. The base rests almost entirely on Java vetiver, echoing the original's signature earthy-ambery finish. The citrus and spice phase is a fair match for Météore's opening, but the long, slow-building creamy dry-down that Fragrantica reviewers rate as the fragrance's standout moment is thinner here and arrives sooner without the same depth. Still, as an energetic daily citrus for warmer months at a fraction of the LV price, it's a solid entry point into the style.
