Alexandria UK Love on the Beach is an Eau de Parfum. Love on the Beach opens with Blood Orange, Lime, Yuzu, and Pink Pepper, settles into a heart of Neroli, and dries down to a base of Musk and Sandalwood. Alexandria UK's Love on the Beach carries an Acquired verdict, a citrus-led wear.

Love on the Beach is Alexandria UK's dupe of Louis Vuitton's On The Beach, keeping the yuzu-neroli-cypress skeleton but pushing the citrus louder and the sand-musk dry-down thinner, so it opens closer to the original than most clones before fading noticeably sooner.

About

Love on the Beach leads with a sharp, sunny burst of yuzu and lime, brightened by blood orange and a dusting of pink pepper, clove, rosemary and thyme that mirrors the aromatic spice Louis Vuitton built into On The Beach. The heart brings neroli over a warm sand accord, aiming for that sun-warmed skin effect the original is known for, and on first spray it genuinely gets close. Where it diverges is staying power: the citrus opening is louder and more one-note than the balanced original, and the transition into the base happens faster, with white musk and a lighter sandalwood taking over rather than the cypress-driven woody shade of the LV version. It reads flatter and less textured across the wear, typical of a budget Extrait formulation chasing an immediate impression. Even so, for anyone chasing that yuzu-and-sand summer mood without the designer price, this is a fair and recognisable homage, best worn for daytime, casual or office-appropriate settings where its brighter opening does the most work.
