Paris – Biarritz

by Olivier Polge

Chanel Paris – Biarritz is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2018, created by Olivier Polge. The fragrance opens with Bergamot, Grapefruit, Lemon, and Orange, settles into a heart of Lily Of The Valley, Neroli, and Green, and dries down to a base of Patchouli and Musk.

Our verdict on Paris – Biarritz: Favourite

This Chanel is a lovely, albeit fleeting, citrus and green cologne. It's a crowd-pleaser for its fresh, bright scent but be warned, it demands reapplications. Love it for its natural aroma, but many find it overpriced for its terrible longevity.

Best Seasons

Best For:
Summer
Also Works:
Spring

A warm-weather pick - at its best in summer and spring.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Office Casual Sport

Its fresh, light citrus and green accords and poor longevity make it perfect for casual wear, office settings, and sport where a subtle scent is preferred. For dates or formal events, its lack of projection might disappoint.

About

An immediate burst of zesty citrus, all bergamot, grapefruit, and mandarin, hits you with invigorating brightness. This quickly settles into a crisp green heart with delicate lily of the valley and neroli, clean and airy. The dry down is a soft, barely-there whisper of musk, with the barest hint of patchouli for grounding.
