Just Strawberry is Eden Perfumes' single-note interpretation of ripe, juicy strawberry, and it wears exactly as the name suggests. The opening is bright and candied, closer to fresh strawberries dipped in sugar than a jammy or boozy fruit accord, and that character carries through most of the wear rather than fading into something else. A soft base of vanilla and white musk keeps the fruit from turning sharp or synthetic, rounding it out into something comforting rather than cloying.
