Eden Perfumes No.272 Terre Eau Givree is a Parfum. No.272 Terre Eau Givree opens with Citron and Juniper, settles into a heart of Pepper and Black Spruce, and dries down to a base of Woody and Vetiver. Eden Perfumes's No.272 Terre Eau Givree carries an Acquired verdict, a citrus-led wear.

Eden's No.272 chases the icy citrus-and-frosted-spruce concept behind Terre d'Hermès Eau Givrée, but the frozen, crystalline effect that makes the original stand out is only lightly sketched in here.

About

Terre d'Hermès Eau Givrée reworked the house's signature vetiver into something colder and sharper - vivid citron and juniper berry over a spicy timut pepper heart, evoking frost settling on green spruce. Eden Perfumes' No.272 follows the same brief: a vivid citron-juniper opening, a peppery heart and a woody vetiver base that keeps the fresh, outdoorsy character intact. The main gap is texture - the original's clever trick is a genuinely icy, crystalline sensation running through the citrus and woods, and that frosted effect doesn't fully translate here, leaving a fresher but more conventional citrus-woody aftershave rather than the original's distinctive chill. It still works well as an everyday fresh scent for casual wear or an active day, with decent citrus lift up top, but don't expect the same wintry, sculpted feel that earned the Hermès flanker its reputation as a flanker that rivals the original.
