About

Eau Givrée is a glass of ice-cold gin and tonic, with a slice of citron on the rim and a sprig of juniper. The citron opens crisp and almost metallic, like a gust of frozen air on a hot day. Juniper and Sichuan pepper follow with an aromatic, peppery bite that gives the middle a clean, bracing edge. The base is quiet: a mineral, woody floor that keeps the citrus from floating away. It holds for a few hours at moderate strength and projects within arm's length. It keeps the recognisable shape of the original Terre d'Hermès, with a lighter, brighter profile for warm weather. Spring and summer are its seasons, and it suits the office, the gym bag and casual days alike.
