Faux Rose Faux Rose is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2025, created by Amelia Rose. Faux Rose opens with Powdery, settles into a heart of Sugar, Honeycomb, and Rose, and dries down to a base of Musk and Cake. Faux Rose's Faux Rose carries a Statement verdict, a floral-led wear.

A vintage boudoir rose with powder, honeyed musk and a faint sponge-cake sweetness. Glamorous and decadent, it has a rich floral warmth that may feel too sweet in hot weather.

Top, heart and base are the pyramid as published, not a timing claim. The notes evaporate together, at speeds set by their vapour pressure (from ScentPrism). Each ribbon shows the note's share of what is left on the skin, which tracks how strongly it smells, because odour thresholds rise with vapour pressure. The shares come from how prominent wearers vote each note. It is a simple model, not a measurement.

About

Faux Rose builds a glamorous rose around the contrast of soft powder and thick, honeyed sweetness. The opening has the feel of dusting powder over a blooming pink rose, then the honeyed floral heart grows fuller and more sensual. Musk and a Pan di Spagna cake accord form a soft gourmand base, with powdered sugar adding to the impression of sweetness. The cake remains a background detail rather than turning the fragrance into a dessert scent. As the powder settles, a sugary musk lingers close to the skin. Its overall character is vintage, feminine and indulgent, with a waxy honeycomb note that gives the rose extra richness. The warmth is especially appealing in mild spring weather and cooler months, while the honey can become cloying in heat. It works well for dates and evenings, but its easy, soft dry-down also makes it wearable for relaxed daytime plans. Choose it for a decadent rose with a powdery, nostalgic finish.
