Jubilee Scents By is an Eau de Parfum. By opens with Pepper and Nutmeg, settles into a heart of Lavender and Artemisia, and dries down to a base of Leather, Amber, Sandalwood, and Guaiac Wood. Jubilee Scents's By carries a Statement verdict, a aromatic-led wear.

A faithful-in-spirit take on Dolce & Gabbana's discontinued 'By', with the nutmeg-lavender aromatic opening intact and a recognisable sandalwood-tobacco base, though the composition overall is softer and shorter-lived than the original's dry, resinous character.

About

Dolce & Gabbana's 'By' (the striped-bottle release often nicknamed the 'Zebra' fragrance) paired a spiced nutmeg-pepper opening with a dry lavender heart and a woody sandalwood-tobacco-leather base, and Jubilee's dupe follows that classic masculine structure closely. The nutmeg and pepper top notes arrive with a similar warmth, and the lavender-artemisia heart is dry and aromatic in the same register as the original. The sandalwood, tobacco and leather base is present but noticeably softer, missing the guaiac wood's smoky resinous edge that gave the discontinued original its distinctive, long-lasting depth.
