Jubilee Scents Neroli Portofino is an Eau de Parfum. Neroli Portofino opens with Bergamot, Lemon, Bitter Orange, and Mandarin, settles into a heart of Neroli, Orange Blossom, and Jasmine, and dries down to a base of Angelica, Amber, and Ambrette. Jubilee Scents's Neroli Portofino carries a Statement verdict, a citrus-led wear.

Jubilee's dupe is a genuinely close match to the citrus-neroli sparkle that made Neroli Portofino a summer staple, though the amber-ambrette base underneath is much lighter, so the reapplication clock runs faster than Tom Ford's.

About

Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino is a bright Mediterranean citrus built around a sparkling neroli and orange blossom heart, and it's one of the easier profiles for a dupe house to get right, which shows here. The bergamot, mandarin and lemon opening is zesty and convincing, and the neroli-orange blossom heart carries a genuinely sunny, citrus-floral character close to the original. The amber, angelica and ambrette base is soft and pleasant but noticeably thinner than Tom Ford's, meaning the fresh citrus impression fades sooner and needs reapplying to last through a full day out.
