Les Indémodables Rose de Jamal is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2019, created by Antoine Lie. Les Indémodables's Rose de Jamal carries an Acquired verdict, a floral-led wear.

Rose de Jamal is a divisive one. It's either an exquisite, natural rose elevated by a fresh, green kick, or a harsh, over-peppery pickle juice with a weird maple syrup drydown. Try before you buy, obviously.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Spring Summer Fall

Versatile across every season - no clear seasonal preference from wearers.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Casual
Also Works:
Office Date

Its moderate sillage and long-lasting nature make it versatile for casual and date wear, as it's noticeable without being overwhelming. The green, fresh aspects make it suitable for daytime, though some find it too polarising for a formal or office setting.

About

Rose de Jamal opens with a pure, natural rose, sometimes leaning jammy and rich, sometimes fresher and greener. Pink pepper and mint cut through, adding a distinctive spicy, almost mentholated freshness that's either invigorating or jarring. As it develops, a clean lavender note emerges, blending with a prominent cedar base that provides an earthy, woody anchor. The drydown can be either a dusty, creamy rose or, for some, an unexpected sticky sweetness.
