The heart brings smoky oud and warm saffron over a soft vanilla bean, echoing the original's spicy-sweet gourmand core, though it reads flatter and less resinous. Patchouli and musk anchor the base, giving a comforting, cosy trail rather than the deep, lingering warmth of the designer version. Where Side Effect can run ten-plus hours with real projection, this dupe settles closer to the skin within a few hours and loses definition as it dries down.
