MATCH Perfumes Sauvage ELIXIR - No.11 is an Eau de Parfum. Sauvage ELIXIR - No.11 opens with Grapefruit, Cardamom, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg, settles into a heart of Lavender, and dries down to a base of Amber, Sandalwood, Vetiver, and Patchouli. MATCH Perfumes's Sauvage ELIXIR - No.11 carries an Acquired verdict, a spicy-led wear.

Match Perfumes No.11 dupes Dior's Sauvage Elixir, a concentrated spicy-woody powerhouse. The grapefruit-cinnamon-cardamom opening is a solid match, but the lavender-vetiver heart is less refined and the amber-licorice base wears thinner and shorter than the original's beyond-immense longevity.

About

No.11 opens with a lively burst of grapefruit sharpened by cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg, tracking Sauvage Elixir's dark, spiced citrus introduction reasonably well. Lavender carries the heart with a smooth, aromatic touch that echoes the original's calming counterpoint to the spice, though it comes across a little simpler and less layered. The base brings sandalwood, Haitian vetiver, amber, licorice and patchouli together for a rich, woody-spicy finish that recalls the designer scent's captivating trail, but the sillage fades sooner and the concentration reads noticeably lighter than the original's famously immense performance. It still delivers a genuinely bold, commanding spice-and-wood character well suited to evenings and colder months, making it a fair way to sample the Elixir's intensified profile at a fraction of the price, even if the full-strength longevity doesn't fully carry through.
