It opens bold and boozy - rich roasted coffee laced with nutty, slightly bitter amaretto - the affogato-inspired espresso hit the original is known for. The heart turns creamy and dessert-like with smooth vanilla and ice cream, before a cosy base of brown sugar, more vanilla and a touch of ambergris gives a warm, lingering sweetness.
