Mancera was established in 2008 by Pierre Montale, the founder of Montale Parfums, who sought to create a luxury fragrance house merging oriental perfumery with French refinement. After extensive travels and work in the Middle East, Montale envisioned a brand that would combine the richness of Arabian olfactory traditions with the precision and elegance of French perfumery standards. The brand's first boutique opened at Place Vendôme in Paris, positioning Mancera as a luxury niche player from inception. Each fragrance is constructed using rare, precious ingredients sourced globally, with Art Deco design principles guiding the visual identity of every bottle. Mancera fragrances are distinguished by their intense sillage, extreme longevity (often 8-12 hours or longer), and bold, uncompromising character.
