Dice opens fresh and juicy, mirroring Boucheron Quatre's tart citrus burst of grapefruit, orange, lemon and tangerine. It quickly turns fruity in the heart, where ripe strawberry leads alongside apple and peach, with jasmine and a dewy rose lending a clean floral softness. The drydown is musky and lightly sweet, cedar and cashmeran wrapping around a touch of caramel and vanilla for a soft, skin-close finish. Compared with the original, the Perfume Parlour interpretation pushes the sweet strawberry a little harder, giving it a slightly more synthetic, shampoo-like edge, and the signature cashmeran haze that carries the original to fade is rendered thinner and less refined. Performance steps down too, settling close to the skin within a few hours rather than the original's longer day-long wear. For the money it is a cheerful, easy fruity-floral that captures the spirit of Quatre for casual daytime use.
