Perfume Parlour Light Resin is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2017. Light Resin opens with Apple and Blackcurrant, settles into a heart of Jasmine and Benzoin, and dries down to a base of Amber and Sandalwood. Perfume Parlour's Light Resin carries a Favourite verdict, an amber-led wear.

Light Resin copies Creed's White Amber - the same warm, resinous jasmine accord over a creamy sandalwood-and-amber base. The budget version captures the simple, linear shape but reads flatter, with the jasmine less authentic and shorter staying power.

About

Light Resin opens with a tangy flicker of blackcurrant and apple before the heart takes over - a warm, dark jasmine wrapped in soft benzoin, just as Creed's White Amber intends. A creamy base of sandalwood and amber gives the resinous, slightly sweet drydown that makes the original feel seductive and cosy. Against the Creed the budget take is flatter and more synthetic - the jasmine loses some of its authentic richness and the resins sit closer to the skin. It stays simple and linear like the original, a warm jasmine-amber scent that wears across cooler months and spring, well suited to evenings, dates and dressed-up occasions.
