Pine Aura

Perfume Parlour Pine Aura is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2020. Pine Aura opens with Pineapple, Pink Pepper, Bergamot, and Anise, settles into a heart of Jasmine, Ylang-Ylang, and Plum, and dries down to a base of Sandalwood, Musk, and Patchouli. Perfume Parlour's Pine Aura carries a Favourite verdict, a fruity-led wear.

A budget take on Jeroboam's Unue. Pine Aura captures the sunny pineapple-and-jasmine heart over a creamy sandalwood-musk drydown that defines the extrait original, but Perfume Parlour's EDP reads brighter and sweeter up top and lacks the dense, skin-close creaminess that makes Unue feel so refined.

About

Pine Aura opens on the radiant fruity lift that made Jeroboam's Unue a cult favourite, juicy pineapple sparkling against pink pepper, bergamot and a cool whisper of anise. The heart blooms into Egyptian jasmine and creamy ylang-ylang with a thread of sweet plum, the sunlit floral core the original is built around. It settles onto Unue's signature base of Australian sandalwood, white musk and patchouli for a soft, creamy-clean trail. Compared to the extrait original, the Perfume Parlour interpretation keeps that warm, fruity-floral character intact but renders it brighter and a touch sweeter in the opening, and the drydown stays thinner where Unue turns dense, soapy-creamy and skin-close. Longevity is respectable for an EDP but well short of the original's extrait power, and projection is more intimate. For a few pounds it delivers that golden, sunny-floral signature convincingly, an easy all-rounder for warm days and relaxed evenings.
