Perfumes Zag Zodiak 263 Montale Chocolate Greedy is an Eau de Parfum. 263 Montale Chocolate Greedy opens with Dark Chocolate and Vanilla, settles into a heart of Tonka Bean and Coffee, and dries down to a base of Bitter Orange and Dried Fruits. Perfumes Zag Zodiak's 263 Montale Chocolate Greedy carries a Statement verdict, a gourmand-led wear.

Keeps Chocolate Greedy's cacao-vanilla-tonka gourmand core, but restructures the pyramid, moving vanilla and tonka forward and adding dried fruit and bitter orange where the original has praline, musk and a simple citrus lift.

About

263 CH holds onto the cacao and vanilla combination that makes Montale's Chocolate Greedy instantly recognisable as one of the most indulgent gourmand fragrances on the market, and the tonka bean carries that dessert-like sweetness through nicely. The structure diverges from the real fragrance more than most in this range though: Chocolate Greedy actually opens on bergamot before a cocoa-and-praline heart and a musk-tonka-vanilla base, while this dupe front-loads cacao and vanilla, then adds coffee in the heart and dried fruits with bitter orange in the base rather than the original's simpler citrus-musk finish. The result is still unmistakably a chocolate-dessert fragrance in the same spirit as the original, just built with a different running order and an extra fruity-citrus twist in the base that Montale's version doesn't have.
