Rebel Aromas Empowerment Elixir is an Eau de Parfum. Empowerment Elixir opens with Citrus and Apple, settles into a heart of Jasmine, Lavender, and Pink Pepper, and dries down to a base of Musk, Amber, and Cedar. Rebel Aromas's Empowerment Elixir carries an Acquired verdict, a fruity-led wear.

Empowerment Elixir borrows the crisp apple-and-citrus opening of Creed's Aventus for Her, but simplifies the complex fruity-floral-woody build considerably, skipping the blackcurrant and peach nuances that give the original its more layered, polished character.

About

Empowerment Elixir takes cues from Creed's Aventus for Her, the feminine counterpart to the brand's best-known masculine release. The dupe opens with a crisp citrus and green apple accord that captures the original's bright, tart signature reasonably well, before moving into a jasmine, lavender and pink pepper heart in place of the rose, blackcurrant and peach complexity that reviewers highlight in Aventus for Her. Cedarwood, amber and musk round out the base with a warm, woody finish that gestures at the original's ambroxan-driven drydown without its more polished depth. The result is a fresher, more straightforward fruity-floral than the multifaceted original, well suited to daytime and office wear but missing the layered sophistication that justifies Aventus for Her's reputation. Longevity is moderate, settling to a soft skin scent within four to five hours, shorter than the 6-8 hours most wearers report for the original.
