Rephase Ocean Wave is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2019. Ocean Wave opens with Myrtle, Litsea Cubeba, Ozonic Notes, and Rosemary, settles into a heart of Neroli, Rose, Jasmine, and Iris, and dries down to a base of Musk, Amber, Cedar, and Patchouli. Rephase's Ocean Wave carries an Acquired verdict, a woody-led wear.

This isn't just an 'ocean wave', it’s a full-on aquatic assault. Polarising and distinctly avant-garde, it’s probably not for the faint-hearted. Love it or hate it, you won't forget it.

The powerful ozonic and woody accords give it a strong presence, making it a bit too assertive for office wear or formal events. However, its fresh, invigorating nature makes it suitable for casual outings or even post-gym refreshment, if you're bold enough.

About

Ocean Wave crashes with a tidal wave of eucalyptus and ozonic notes, immediately throwing you into a bracing, almost medicinal chill. As the initial spray subsides, a peculiar floral-herbal heart emerges, where rose and violet tangle with the unexpected spice of clove. The dry-down is a deep dive into an earthy, woody base, with patchouli and guaiac wood creating a dense, almost primordial forest floor undercurrent, softened slightly by amber and musk. It’s an unusual composition, a truly wild ride from start to finish.
