In an industry interview, she described fragrance creation as a search for balance within imbalance.

Carine Certain Boin is a Givaudan perfumer whose documented career includes roles in Paris from 2012 to 2016, Singapore from 2016 to 2024, and New York from 2024 onward. She trained at Givaudan's Perfumery School from 2009 to 2012 and holds a master's degree in chemistry, aromas and perfumes from Université Montpellier II. Her credited creations include Mandarina Duck For Man (Mandarina Duck, 2017), 24 Elixir Sea Of Tranquility (24, 2019), Loui (SAFF & Co., 2020), Magnifica (Furla, 2020), and Intoxicating Love (Mother of Pearl, 2023).
