Scottish perfumer Euan McCall is based in Edinburgh and is best known as founder and perfumer of Jorum Studio, an independent Scottish fragrance house established in 2019 with his partner and designer Chloe Mullen (Jorum Studio site; Perfume Society). He previously founded Jorum Laboratories in 2009/2010 as a freelance perfumer and consultant, formulating and manufacturing fragrances for clients worldwide (Perfume Society; LinkedIn). McCall co-founded the experimental brand Neandertal Perfume and created its fragrances Neandertal Dark and Neandertal Light, which both received 4-star reviews and Top Ten mentions in “Perfumes: The Guide 2018” by Luca Turin and Tania Sanchez (LinkedIn). He is also credited as perfumer for several scents for the niche brand Senyokô, including Madama Butterfly II, Migration de L’Arbre (an Art and Olfaction Awards finalist in 2019), La Tsarine and Duo des Fleurs (LinkedIn).
