Lengling Munich

Maison Lengling is an independent perfume house from Munich, founded in 2014 by the married couple Christian and Ursula Lengling. Every fragrance is built on the house's dual-note idea, drawn from the family name: a LENG note and a LING note, two deliberately opposing accords set against one another rather than stacked into a conventional pyramid. Dark leather meets sweet cotton candy, smoky facets meet aquatic freshness, and the two resolve into balance on skin. Ursula Lengling composes the range and gives each creation two to three years of development, working with hand-picked naturals from environmentally responsible cultivation, from Madagascan vanilla to Arabian jasmine grown in Egypt. The founding Extraits de Sentiments collection sits alongside limited editions, the Namui line, body care and hair perfumes. Each bottle is topped by the Isarkiesel, a hand-polished metal replica of a pebble from Munich's river Isar. The house opened its first flagship boutique in central Munich in summer 2021.
