Our Verdict - Flower by Kenzo Essentielle Eau de Parfum

This flanker isn't a radical departure from the original Flower, but it's refined, less cloying, and more balanced. It's a powdery floral that dances on the edge of 'too much', but largely succeeds due to its excellent blending and surprising longevity. A touch divisive, but mostly loved.

This ain't 'Out Of The Box', it's straight out of a sugar-saturated box of generic, loud rose-gourmands. If you like your florals syrupy sweet, metallic and bordering on headache-inducing, then crack on. Otherwise, give it a miss.
