Candy Cane
Note Profile
About
Cool peppermint over vanilla sugar
Scent Profile
Candy Cane smells of cool, sweet peppermint first, like a striped sugar stick. A softer spearmint and a bright sparkle of citrus sit beside it. Creamy vanilla and spun sugar follow and soften the chill, with a faint warm musk at the very end.

Origin
Candy Cane is a confection accord, not a single material. It recreates the peppermint-flavoured sugar stick, white with red stripes. Fragrance-oil suppliers build it from peppermint and spearmint over vanilla and sugar, sometimes with citrus, amber and musk.
Usage in Perfumery
It is used in festive gourmand perfumes, candles and soaps. Suppliers put cornmint and lemon on top, peppermint and sweet spearmint in the heart, and sugar candy and vanilla in the base.
