The confection, not the fungus. A ganache centre dusted in cocoa: chocolate first, then cream, vanilla and caramel, with almond and a dark stone fruit behind it.
Scent Profile
Coffee_cacao leads and both trade sources put chocolate in the load-bearing clause: 'rich Belgian Milk Chocolate' and 'a base of dark chocolate'. Sweet_vanillic is the ganache sugar, named twice as vanilla and once more as caramel. Nutty is almond, and it is the one material both sources list independently. Fruity is the layer that separates this from the published chocolate notes, though the two sources disagree on which fruit it is: plum in one, fig in the other. Lactonic is the cream in the centre, explicit in 'creamy Vanilla' and implied by milk chocolate. A trace of citrus is the orange zest one source names.

Origin
A constructed gourmand accord named after the chocolate truffle. Two brands publish what they build it from and they agree on the shape. DUA lists 'Belgian Milk Chocolate, Almonds, Plums, Vanilla, & Caramel'. Perfume Parlour lists 'a base of dark chocolate and layered in touches of fig, orange zest, almonds, and a hint of vanilla'.
Usage in Perfumery
Used as a base in gourmand compositions, where it does the work plain chocolate does but with a fruit-and-nut layer on top. It sits next to vanilla, tonka, caramel and dried fruit. The fruit layer is what stops it reading as a flat cocoa note.
