About
The smell of a fresh-baked waffle cone: toasted batter, butter and vanilla, over brown sugar and cream. It is the cone, not the ice cream in it.
Scent Profile
Sweet_vanillic dominates and both sources put it there: vanilla wafer and vanilla bean from one, vanilla and salted caramel from the other, with brown sugar under both. Nutty is the toasted wafer and browned flour, reinforced by the orgeat almond syrup Imaginary Authors names. Creamy_woody carries the buttery baked-dough body, the same way the published puff-pastry and sweet-pastry notes use it. Lactonic is the butter, heavy cream and coconut. Warm_spice is the only facet both sources cover with different words, Saigon cinnamon in one and star anise in the other. Tropical is the coconut base and citrus is the lemon zest, both below the naming line and both single-source.

Origin
Not an extracted material. It is a composed gourmand accord sold ready-made by fragrance-oil suppliers and built from scratch by perfumers. Canwax gives its structure as lemon zest and star anise at the top, butter, vanilla wafer and vanilla bean in the heart, and coconut and brown sugar in the base. Imaginary Authors builds the same idea from vanilla, salted caramel, Saigon cinnamon, heavy cream, sandalwood and orgeat.
Usage in Perfumery
Use it as a gourmand base. Both sources frame it as a whole scene rather than an accent, the smell of walking into a scoop shop, so it tends to carry a composition rather than decorate one. It differs from the published cookie and biscuit notes in leaning on browned batter and caramelised sugar rather than on doughy shortbread.
