The base settles into leather, tobacco, vanilla and musk for a sweet, confident close that suits evenings out. It captures the party-ready, slightly sweet character the original is known for, projecting hard in the opening hour before fading to a much softer musk. Where the real 212 VIP Men holds its spiced tobacco warmth for hours with real body, Eden's aftershave version is noticeably lighter and simpler once past the top notes, making it better suited to a quick top-up than an all-night wear. Still, as a cheap way into that boozy-fruity-tobacco style, it does the job for a night out.
