The dupe leans into that same fruit-forward opening convincingly, capturing the playful, summery energy the original is known for. The peony, orchid and jasmine heart softens things into a floral-fruity middle that stays true to the source, with vanilla and red berries adding sweetness without tipping into anything cloying. Where it falls short is longevity and projection, which is arguably the defining trait of the original Bombshell; the musk and oakmoss base here settles quietly and fades faster, missing the loud, long-lasting sillage that made the real thing a signature scent for so many people.
