No.079 opens with a sweet, sparkling pineapple note lifted by pink pepper and a touch of lemon, immediately recognisable as a nod to Chanel Chance's playful fruity-floral opening. Jasmine and hyacinth carry the heart, joined by iris for a slightly powdery softness that keeps the florals from turning too loud or synthetic. The base brings the composition together with patchouli, vanilla, musk and vetiver, echoing the original's warm, ambery, faintly gourmand finish. Where this version falls short of the designer scent is depth and staying power - the patchouli and musk here feel thinner and fade to a light skin scent well before the original would still be projecting softly.
